Validate Surface Performance
In the development of automotive and aerospace seating, clinical surfaces, medical devices, protective garments, or helmets, designers must balance comfort and safety. Obtaining accurate interface pressure data during the safety testing process plays a key role in helping understand how product designs affect the user.

Resolution: 2.54 mm Pressure Range: 0.07-2.7 N/cm2
XSENSOR offers a wide range of pressure sensors that can meet the requirements of test scenarios involved in validation of products that interact with humans. Our ultra-thin conformable sensors are easily integrated into the testing of most pressure interfaces, even those with complex surfaces. The sensors will retain their calibration and low hysteresis even during long duration testing.
Pressure sensors that are thin, conformable, accurate, and durable
Conformability, image quality, and durability are imperative in comfort, ingress/egress analysis and especially true in safety testing applications where forces are being measured in demanding situations and over extended periods of time.
For safety testing sessions to proceed smoothly and efficiently, pressure sensors must be quick to set-up, trouble free and able to retain their calibration over multiple trials and across a series of test scenarios. For test set-ups that involve complex high cost lab equipment such as robotic indentors, our high accuracy LX sensors are ideal with their accurate consistent measurement.
For test engineers, the improved calibration stability leads to consistent data over thousands of cycles, which leads to reduced re-calibration time and a much lower total cost of ownership.

We are an ISO 17025 certified pressure imaging sensor manufacturer
Unlike other sensors on the market, our sensors maintain their calibration due to the capacitive technology design used and the unique materials used to make these sensors. Our ISO 17025 accreditation means that we have demonstrated competency in producing accurate test and calibration data from our sensors. Your ISO registration requires your suppliers provide verified calibrated test equipment and recalibration processes to maintain your compliance.
Superior Imaging Software
XSENSOR Pro V8 software has been the industry leader for interface pressure testing and measurement for many years. Easy-to-use and very stable, Pro V8 provides a feature rich toolkit for image comparison and comprehensive pressure data analysis.
The software allows the user a range of options to view 2D and 3D pressure data. Frame and multi-frame compare options provide an easy way to review test stages. Graphing tools are available for review of pressure distribution and pressure over time data. You can select specific frames of data within the image for more detailed analysis.
